Services Provided
Propti agrees to provide property file update services as per the specifications and requirements agreed upon at the time of order placement.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept payments via Visa and bank Deposit.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

Delivery Timeframe
The delivery timeframe for the updated property files will be agreed upon by both the client and Propti based on the scope and size of the job. An estimated completion date will be provided once the project details are reviewed and confirmed.
While we strive to meet the agreed-upon deadlines, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the delivery timeframe will be communicated promptly.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the property file update.
Any changes or additional information must be communicated promptly to avoid delays.

Confidentiality
All client information and property details provided to Propti will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

Client Responsibilities
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds are not available once the service has commenced. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Liability
Propti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability for any direct damages will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Auckland, New Zealand laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.

Changes to Terms
